Digital/UX Designer
We are seeking a proactive, creative problem solver that thrives in a highly collaborative environment.
As a Digital Designer, you’ll help our digital team in partnership with our brand design team, to create inspiring and engaging digital touchpoints that bring our client's brands to life in the digital space. Key applications will include visual elements for digital products and experiences, including websites, mobile apps, user interfaces, and other interactive media.

Key Responsibilities:
- You have 3-5 years of experience bringing a brand to life in the digital space while understanding the principles of UI/UX and best practices.
- You take pride in your craft and have a desire to grow/learn within the digital space. Pushing the digital design experience by using motion, animated UI, interactivity, and moving images.
- Curious and solution-oriented. You enjoy finding new and innovative design solutions.
- A desire to bring your designs to life through prototyping and testing for both UI and UX.
- Proficient in Figma and building design systems/toolkits.
- You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including strategists, developers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
- You have a clean aesthetic and obsess over the details that shape the digital environment.
- You understand responsive layout, color, and typography and know how to build a unique home for brands on screens.
- Capable of working independently but also able to collaborate across disciplines to design fresh brand experiences.

- Has ownership of their responsibilities
- Not afraid to ask questions, but independent enough to try and problem solve beforehand
- Quick on their feet to problem solve for any last minute needs that may come up
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or in-progress degree (ideally, in a creative or communication field)
- Knowledge of creative programs and digital tools (Figma, Sketch and Adobe Products)
- Based in New York or Philadelphia
- Available for occasional weekend support with advanced notice
