Producer / Senior Producer
We are currently expanding our team and are seeking a full-time Producer to join our team. At The Working Assembly, members of the team are responsible for managing projects, driving timelines, and cultivating strong working relationships across the internal and client teams alike.
The producer will bid, budget, plan, schedule, and control specific project activities toward defined objectives and adhere to defined production requirements. On set, the producer facilitates communication between the agency, our clients, and vendors. Overall, the producer maintains project processes, which allows for increased efficiency and usability of resources. The producer is responsible for leading the development of projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget and at the highest level of quality. The producer reports to the head of growth.
Responsibilities:
- Drive small to large projects from start to finish, with minimal oversight from Head of Brand Management and Head of Creative, including the dissemination of feedback and management of timelines and deliverables
- Assist the Brand Team with the development of respective pre-pro briefs, and participate in the briefing process
- Manage internal resourcing for your respective projects to ensure teams are efficiently and properly allocated.
- Manage client expectations of timelines, deliverables, and adherence to scope of work
- Support on daily tasks and client communication for larger brand projects
- Reviewing and/or managing the updating of internal/external documents, and sending out weekly status updates
- Oversee project resourcing is up to date with weeks in advance of foresight
- Developing an in-depth and strategic understanding of the client’s business and competitive landscape, in order to ensure that the output of the agency is always in pursuit of the client objectives

- This person is a driving force for the team, with significant experience in building strong client partnerships, managing internal and external expectations, and delivering excellent work.
- You are an excellent communicator both internally and externally, ensuring that stakeholders are well-informed.
- You have foresight of potential roadblocks within the project and ability to raise up to the respective leadership
- You project calmness and authority, creating the foundations that are required for the whole team to succeed.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience at an advertising or production company, in a production services role
- Solution-oriented with a positive attitude
- Demonstrated ability to own and work on multiple projects at once
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A passion for creativity, production, design, advertising, brands, and culture
- Flexible to evolving responsibilities and last-minute changes
- Experience creating integrated campaigns across multiple media types and managing the life-cycle of the production process from ideation through final delivery.
